We are asking all families to have at least one parent in attendance. This presentation will be during the Troop Meeting and will be complete by the end of the meeting.

On February 11, 2007, we will have our first Court of Honor for 2007. Please make plans to attend this event where we come together to recognize all scouts for their achievements. Don’t forget your cameras and wear your parent ribbons. New parents will receive their ribbon that night. And finally, each family should bring finger foods, the troop provides drinks and paper goods.

Troop 1631: Eagle BOR of Mihir Sheth

Life Scout Mihir Sheth appeared before a Troop 1631 Board of review on January 4, 2007. The Board reviewed Mihir’s Eagle application, letters of recommendation, service project notebook and subjected Mihir to an intensive interview. The Board determined that Mihir met all the requirements and he convinced the Board that he had Scout Spirit. Mihir was unanimously advanced to the rank of Eagle Scout.

Congratulations Mihir and welcome to the Eagle’s Nest! Temporary accommodations will be available for Mihir in the Eagle’s tent city until construction is completed on the new Eagle’s Nest addition.
